He asserted GCC member countries’ joint destiny, stressing the importance of joining ranks and standing united to stave off any dangers threatening them. HM the King extended his greetings to fellow GCC leaders, wishing their peoples further progress and prosperity.
He stressed Bahrain’s pride in hosting such meetings, which reflect constant coordination between all GCC executive parties. He also praised the ministers’ strenuous efforts to maintain security and stability and protect people’s safety and rights, which earned them respect among their people.
HM the King highlighted the importance of the positive outcome of such meetings in bolstering GCC cooperation and providing a platform to discuss regional security developments, which require greater cooperation to confront challenges and stave off threats.
He lauded the GCC interior ministers for their efforts to upgrade the security systems, commending steps undertaken so far to ensure premium security services and wishing their meeting every success to honour GCC people aspirations and hopes.
