Bahrain Bay is a $2.5 billion mixed-use waterfront development set off the north-eastern shore of Manama, Bahrain. Construction on the project began in June 2006. The announcement was made during the signing ceremony at the head office Bahrain Bay Development Company between Nama International Real Estate and Bahrain Bay Development. Official representatives were Tariq Al-Kooheji, Managing Director of Kooheji Global Holding and Abdulla Al-Doseri, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Bay Development.
