The Court referred the defendant to a criminal trial through an immediate hearing dated June 26 before the Minor Criminal Court, on charges of causing, by mistake, the death of the two victims, and injuring the other as a result of not following the instructions and driving the vehicle in a state that leads to danger, and in a state of being intoxicated.
On the other hand, Public Prosecution has initiated investigation along the past two days since it has been informed with the incident on June 22nd, 2013, intensifying its efforts to complete the investigations soon, with being committed to the safety of such investigations, completing the required procedures, and achieving the principle of the accurate swift justice.
