His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa met with senior officials at Gudhaibiya Palace, in the presence of the President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the speaker of Representatives Council, Khalifa Al Dahrani, the speaker of Shura Council Ali Saleh Al-Saleh and a number of MPs.
HRH the Premier asserted that violence and terrorism are rejected as they harm public and private properties, rejecting violation of human rights and warning of divisive calls to sow disunity and serve certain interests.
HRH the Premier affirmed the need to unify stances to combat such calls of division. He also praised the essential role played by the legislative authority in finding and solving imperfection issues in the legislative field to, in cooperation with the government, which reflect the constant outstanding cooperation between both legislative and executive authorities.
HRH also discussed with the audience latest regional and international developments, pointing out that global situations became more critical, thus require further coordination and continues consultation so as to overcome them.
