The cheques were handed over to the winners by Mohammed Malik, General Manager- Retail Banking Division. The ceremony was attended by Mazin Dhaif, Head of the Distribution network, Mohd Zainalabedin, Head of Real Estate and Bancassurance and deputy head of Al Wajaha and Nada Bubshait, Marketing Communications Manager.
The Al Hayrat draw took place on July 3rd, under the supervision of Suod Saif the ministry of commerce and industry representative, in addition to BBK’s Internal Audit, Internal control and Retail Marketing and Retail Banking representatives.
The winners expressed their delight at winning with Al Hayrat, and many rushed to reinvest their winnings back into their Al Hayrat accounts in order to increase their chances of winning again, especially with the upcoming Ramadan Weekly draws.
“I really needed a new car! I am so happy to have won now as this prize was perfectly timed for me, but my eyes shall remain on the grand $1,000,000 Instant Millionaire prize at the end of the year,” Fayadh Al Obaidly, one of the lucky June winners said.
Also amongst the June winners was 14 year old Khalifa Al Ghatam, who has already planned how he’d spend his prize money during his planned trip to London after Eid.
Khalifa’s Father, Jassim Al Ghatam said that he has made sure to open an Al Hayrat account for each of his children at an early age so that each of them may have their own savings to grow as they grow themselves.
The Ramadan Weekly draws from Al Hayrat will be offering Five weekly prizes totalling $150,000, starting from $10,000 in the first week of Ramadan, $20,000 in the Second week, $30,000 in the third, $40,000 in the fourth and a Bonus cash prize of $50,000 in Eid. Customers need only deposit at least a week prior to each draw to qualify for these amazing prizes.
