His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, received at Al-Sakhir Palace today the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the National Guard Commander Lieutenant-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and senior officers of the BDF, National Guard, Interior Ministry and the National Security Agency who extended to HM sincere congratulations marking the Holy month of Ramadan.
HM the King also congratulated them on such an occasion, and commended the fruitful efforts of the affiliates of the BDF, National Guard, Interior Ministry and the National Security Agency to assume their noble mission of safeguarding the stability of the kingdom and the security of the citizens and expatriates.
He also hailed their continuous effective coordination in order to protect national unity and hard-won achievements so as to ensure a brighter future for the citizens.
“In the name of the people of Bahrain, we appreciate highly your efforts and thank you for your dedication in assuming your noble duties,” he said.
HM King Hamad requested those present to convey his greetings to the all the affiliates of the BDF, National Guard, Interior Ministry and the National Security Agency, expressing that they have always been a source of pride for all Bahrainis because they have always been up to the challenges.
He prayed to Allah Almighty to protect Bahrain and its people and grant it further progress and prosperity.
