He was accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier.
HM the King affirmed the importance of the holy month of Ramadan in bringing people together and reflecting the genuine principles and values bonding Bahrainis.
He lauded the constant and fruitful efforts exerted by HRH the Prime Minister to serve Bahrain and its citizens, commending strong coordination between the executive and legislative authorities for the sake of national development.
He also lauded the recommendations endorsed by the National assembly in its extraordinary session, which reflected the firm resolve of the legislative authority to protect lives, ensure citizens’ safety and safeguard the freedom of all people living in Bahrain.
HM the King paid tribute to the people of Bahrain for their keenness on protecting their country’s security, hailing their patriotic awareness, civilized manners and pioneering educational and cultural status .
This HM added reflects the awareness of the people of Bahrain, their level of education and culture. HM wished the kingdom every success and prosperity.
HM the King also paid a visit to the majlis of Deputy Premier Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa.
