HM the King said that the recommendations are national ones and will be taken into consideration since they aim to achieve national interests through enforcing law and order, safeguarding the homeland against terrorist crimes, protecting the citizens’ interests at work and daily life through ensuring that the main roads and vital outlets are not blocked and making sure that the Capital, Manama, is kept free from all that disrupts public order or private and public interests.
HM the King added that the recommendations re-affirmed national unity and national consensus through constructive dialogue.
HM King Hamad directed all concerned sides to implement those important recommendations as soon as possible through the available constitutional and legal means.
HM the King expressed sincere thanks to all those who participated in such a “fruitful” meeting and those who spoke during it, asserting that the Bahraini people will remain the first bulwark that protects the kingdom from tendencies of intolerance and terrorism, which will be confronted firmly and in accordance with the law.
HM the King pledged that national unity and dialogue will remain the pillars of democratic development in the kingdom, praying Allah Almighty to protect the Bahrain and its people.
