Kuwait Finance House–Bahrain (KFH-B) honoured a group of employees of “Fursan Baytik” employees’ recognition award, which aims to honor and appreciate the achievements of employees in the Bank based on a set of criteria that considers their achievements both during work and in their own time in order to motivate them and develop their potential.
Three employees were selected to be awarded in this program, Khalid Bardooli, Ayman Al Abbasi and Amal Al Rayes. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO honored these employees and awarded them with recognition gifts and certificates of appreciation in a special recognition ceremony that was held recently at KFH-Bahrain headquarter at BWTC.
“The Human Resources Department is delighted to appreciate the individual and collective efforts of the Bank’s employees which will contribute to the ongoing success of the Bank. We acknowledge the achievements of our employees by publicly announcing their names to all departments within the Bank in order to motivate diligence and sharing among employees,” Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, said.
“Fursan Baytik employee recognition program nominates three employees every quarter from all departments at the bank. A special Committee will choose up to three employees who fall within the pre-defined criteria of excellence during work such as positive attitude towards work and colleagues, providing an outstanding level of service to a customer, leadership, innovation, teamwork and active participation in team achievement,” Sattam Algosaibi, Executive Manager and Corporate Banking Group, said.
“The Committee will also consider employee’s achievements outside work such as pursing and attaining professional certificates or academic degrees in order to motivate them for self-development. Also, the committee will consider their outstanding contribution to the public service through social responsible activities, seeing that KFH-Bahrain always supports community and sponsors various social activities”.
