South Korean Premier arrives on first-ever visit to Bahrain

His Royal Highness, Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, received his South Korean counterpart Jung Hon-won, who arrived this evening on a two-day visit to hold talks on bolstering bilateral cooperation in all fields.

The two leaders reviewed at the airport VIP lounge bilateral relations and ways of bolstering cooperation for the sake of joint interests.

HRH the Prime Minister and his counterpart then headed to the official residence of the Southern Korean Premier.

Charge d’Affaires at the South Korean Embassy said that during the two day historic visit Bahrain and South Korea would sign three memoranda opening up the new avenues of cooperation in trade, investments and public security sectors.
