The Kingdom of Bahrain’s retails sector witnessed a major growth and businesses are stabilising and flourishing despite tough competition, according to a senior Government Minister.
The Minister of Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Fakhro was talking to media at the fifth anniversary of the Bahrain City Center in presence of businessmen, a number of Ministry’s officials and hundreds of people who gathered to mark the anniversary celebrations.
Dr Fakhro told media that BCC success was self explanatory of the facts on ground and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce would continue to extend all possible support to the businesses.
During the ceremony, Dr. Fakhro affirmed government and Ministry support to all commercial sectors or other sectors that pour its efforts in enhancing Bahrain economic location, praising in this regard the efforts undertaken by Bahrain City Center in providing distinct services for citizens, residences and visitors.
The Minister added during the event that Bahrain City Center contributed through their plans and strategies adopted to gain visitors’ confidence through the past five years, stressing to continue cooperate between the Ministry and Bahrain City Center to serve primarily citizens, residents and visitors.
