The Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) will participate in the “2nd International Conference & Exhibition on Best Practices in Pipeline Operations and Integrity Management” which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain, and will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance, Minister in Charge of Oil & Gas Affairs and Chairman of the National Oil & Gas Authority NOGA.
The event will be held from 20-23 October 2013 at the Gulf International Convention Centre Bahrain. The event will serve as a premier opportunity for leading industry professionals from within and outside the Middle East to share their industrial knowledge and expertise. It will also serve as a platform for pipeline engineers and oil and gas experts to discuss key issues like pipeline operations, inline inspection and repair methodologies whilst placing due emphasis on the environment. On this occasion, Bapco’s General Manager – Human Resources & Administration, Ghassan Al-Muhanna said “Bapco is proud to be a part of this significant event which reflects its continued commitment towards fostering regional and international oil and gas endeavours, and shall participate with key delegates.” This will be the second edition of the exhibition, following up on a highly successful first which was met with wide acclaim and positive reviews by key exhibitors and attendees from all over the world.
