The Bank is also planning to locate another ATM in A’Ali with a further two in the pipeline. The choice of locations for all KFHB ATMs is carefully considered and is primarily based on the needs and services required within a geographic area as well as the demographic distribution of its clients and the proximity to residential and commercial areas.
KFH-B has completed the refurbishment of the ATM at Durrat Al Bahrain from a standalone to a walk-in, which is fully equipped with built-in air conditioning in order to provide more comfort to the Bank’s clients.
Moreover, in order to improve the customer experience, the bank is planning to replace specific ATM screens affected by direct sunlight with insulated screens to further improve their visibility.
