His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, ordered the service ministries, relevant to the issuance of licenses, to professionally review investors’ complaints, whether submitted from inside or outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, in accordance with the needs of the growth of the investment and in line with the clear vision set by the government to support investment.
HRH Premier directed that all investors must be flexibly received and avoidance of bureaucracy that hinders investment process.
HRH Premier also directed ministers concerned to continuously follow up all terms of investment, and to make sure of those in charge are capable of carrying out their responsibilities in a way that enhances the competitiveness of the national investment environment.
