The announcement was made during the official signing ceremony on the sidelines of the 9th WIEF 2013 being held in London in presence of the Prime Minister of Malaysia Mohammed Najib Tun Abdul Razak, who also patron of the Forum.
The agreement was signed by the Chairman of the WIEF Foundation Tun Musa Hitam and the UAE Minister for Cabinet Affairs Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs.
The 9th WIEF 2013 has set a new benchmark by attracting record number of delegates representing 128 countries and also record number of top Government officials, including Prime Ministers, Deputy Premiers, Royal guests, Minister and high-powered delegations.
