GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre has signed an agreement with Dr. Mohammed Hussain Bashaira, Associate Professor of commercial law at the Faculty of Law, University of Yarmouk, Jordan to issue a book addressing a research study on “dispute resolution in accordance with the mechanism of GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre.
Through his study, the researcher will address, , assumptions and verify them according to a legal scientific language, where it was agreed to issue the book during eight months, before the end of July 2014, and an English translation of the book will be issued after four months from the issuance of the Arabic version.
Secretary-General of GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, Ahmed Najm said that the book would be distributed free of charge to universities and GCC and foreign arbitration centres, as well as publishing it electronically.
He also said that the issuance of the book comes within the objectives of the centre in the dissemination of culture and supporting scientific research in the field of legal and arbitration through the issuance of a strong study.
