The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) elections are set to take place at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre on February 15th 2014, according to Chairman of the Election Committee.
The BCCI had also announced Adel Hussain Maskati as Chairman of the BCCI Election Committee, the body to oversee the electioneering process of the Kingdom’s largest business platform for the business, trade and investors’ community.
The BCCI registered members and eligible voters will elect 18-member new board during the upcoming election
The BCCI board of directors thanked the Chairman Dr Esam Fakhro for his efforts and help to ensure the upcoming election fair, free and impartial and in accordance with the Law of the Chamber.
The Election Committee will announce the course of the electoral process starting from the official announcement of the filing of the nomination papers and the requirements of candidacy.
