Samira Ibrahim bin Rajab, the Minister of State for Information Affairs and Government’s Official Spokesperson, during the post Cabinet meeting briefing at Gudaibia Palace told reporters that on the occasion of honouring press pioneers, HRH the Prime Minister thanked all press and media figures, affirming that journalism deserves all the honour and support.
“HRH the Prime Minister directed the Minister of Housing to expedite the media personnel housing project. Furthermore, HRH the Prime Minister highlighted the importance of media openness, assisting journalism practice with information, and protecting the morally responsible freedom of opinion,” the Minister said.
