In line with its commitment to nurture Bahraini talent, VIVA Bahrain and Saleco organized an open “Retail Recruitment Day” for job-seekers interested in pursuing a career in VIVA’s retail network. The recruitment day attracted over 350 young aspirants, all of which were given an interview opportunity with the Saleco retail management team. A total of 90 talented prospects made it to the next phase of the recruitment process.
Job-seekers were encouraged to apply online through the ‘VIVA Career Portal’ for the relevant retail vacancies before and at the event. A state-of-the-art application room was specifically set up to facilitate the online application process with the latest technology and fastest connectivity.

Identifying potential Bahraini employees is integral to our recruitment process and by hosting events like this, we get the opportunity to directly engage with local talent,” Saud Al Tami, VIVA Bahrain’s Chief Human Resources Officer said.
