The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bahrain eGovernment Authority, Mohammed Ali Al Qaed has indicated that the report is most integral and comprehensive in measuring the readiness of the eGovernment and is globally considered as the only report that evaluates the readiness in all 193 United Nations (UN) member states. He also announced that the Kingdom of Bahrain has achieved the first rank in 2014 report, on the level of all Arab and Middle East countries in its readiness and advanced in the eParticipation Index to top off the region’s countries, and improved its ranking by five points over performance in the previous report, jumping the 14th place compared to 19th in last year’s report.
