MANAMA: Eros Group, the official distributor of world-renowned brands Samsung, Hitachi, TCL, Linksys and one of the leading players in consumer electronics, telecom, and allied multi-products in the Middle East appointed Master Tech as its distributor for TCL in Bahrain.
TCL has been ranked the third largest TV brand alongside Samsung and LG worldwide. According to the DisplaySearch report late 2013, in terms of total shipment volume, TCL’s global LCD TV market share increased from 5.8 percent in 2012 to 6.7 percent in first half of 2013. In UAE, the brand has been growing in strength since its launch in 2010. Today the brand is ranked number 4 in the UAE and is making fast forays in the Gulf region. The strategic entry into Bahrain is a step in this direction.
“We are very excited to appoint Master Tech as TCL’s distributor in Bahrain. We are confident that we will together work towards ascending the brand even further and higher so it can achieve higher milestones, regionally and globally,” Rajat Asthana, General Manager, Eros Group, said.
Eros Group has been appointed as Master Distributor for select markets in GCC and is seeking entry into other emerging markets as well.
