MANAMA: Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Fakhro reaffirmed government’s keenness to support shopping malls, markets developments to ensure the smooth movement and security for all visitors.
This came as Minister visited Seef Mall and accompanied by a number of officials and was briefed by General Manager Robert Addison and Marketing Officer Mahmoud Al Kohiji.
The Minister’s visit to Seef was part of his inspection tour to markets, shops and commercial complexes in the Kingdom.
During minister tour, he was briefed on visitors and patrons movement, where Robert Addison confirmed the increase growth in the number of attendees and to the complex and turnover. He added that shops and various facilities recovered in all days especially in holidays and summer holiday which witnessed to increase patrons’ rates.
Robert Addison praised the continuous visits carried out by the ministry and the minister for the commercial sector in the country, stressing the role of these visits in delivering information and linking the commercial sector with the society.
