MANAMA: The Ministry of Industry of Commerce said that during the field tours and visits of senior officials it emerged that some shops were not committed to the ministerial order (51) of 2007 of regulations of discounts in relation to point 4 of article 2 that states to show the price of the product before and after the discount.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce called upon businessmen and shop owners to stick to the ministerial order during sales period that will positively reflect on the businesses and enhances transparency.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce said it would take legal procedures in case the mentioned order will be violated. “In this blissful occasion, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce would like to wish Ramadan Kareem to citizens, residents and businessmen.”
