Manama: The Kingdom of Bahrain has achieved excellence in telecom services, the State Minister for Telecommunications Affairs Shaikh Fawaz told the Cabinet meeting on Sunday.
The Minister for Information Affairs and the Government’s Official Spokesperson Sameera Ibrahim bin Rajab during a media briefing said that the Cabinet reviewed a memorandum on the development of telecommunication services in the Kingdom, submitted by the Minister of State for Communication.
She added that remarkable progress of Bahrain’s telecommunications sector has placed it in a prominent status in the region and worldwide.
