Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced today that Eshraq Properties, listed on ADX under the ticker symbol ESHRAQ, is inviting its shareholders to subscribe in the Company’s capital increase, which was approved in the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on September 25.
Eshraq’s Capital increase amounts to Dh600 million. Subscription will commence on November 9 till November 20. The capital increase would raise the Company’s capital from Dh 1.725 billion to Dh2.325 billion. The Dh600 million-increase, representing 34.78%, will be divided on 600 million shares at par value Dh1 per share.
The last day to participate in the right subscription is the end of the business day, Tuesday, Oct. 28. On Wednesday the 29th, the new share price will be reflected in the company’s trading at ADX while Thursday the 30th of October will mark the maturity date.
Subscription trading rights on ADX will begin on November 2nd and seize trading on November 13th. Whereas Subscription in the company’s capital increase, will commence on November 9th till Nov ember 20th.
