Manama: Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Abdulla Fakhro stressed the importance of training as a key to the sustained business growth.
The Minister was speaking as he opened Euro Gulf Events Protocol Co workshop organized by International Protocol & Professional Etiquette. The Minister was received by Chairman of Chairman of Euro Gulf Events Protocol Co. Margaret K and workshop keynote speaker Nancy Kosik.
The Minister expressed government’s welcome to all programmes and global events that held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, pointing to the strategic location and good reputation enjoyed by the country in addition to facilities and appropriate atmosphere to host various events as contributes to attract regional and global events to the Kingdom.
The Minister praised the plans and the strategies adopted by Euro Gulf Events Protocol that focused on developing human element as considered the most important investment and pillar of economic development.
The Minister stressed the importance of holding such training events which attracts global expertise to benefit from their experiences. He alluded to the aspirations and objectives of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 that seeks to create a better life for citizens and improve the efficiency of individual.
The main of this event was to enhance personal and professional image, empowered self-confidence and mastering international protocol and personal diplomacy when attending or hosting events and meetings, polished professional etiquette, including the points of dining etiquette, sharpened one to one and public communication skills, increased confidence in public relation, excellence when working in international cross-culture environment and proficiency and competence in contacts with partners from all over the world.
