Al-Safriah Palace: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, at Al-Safriah Palace, received Chairman of Foundation of Abdulaziz Al-Babtain’s Prize for Poetic Creativity, and Kuwait University political sociology Professor Dr. Mohammad Ghanim Al-Rumaihi.
HM the King hailed the solid historical relations bonding the two brotherly countries that witness ongoing progress at all levels.
HM the King praised Abdulaziz Al-Babtain’s contribution to culture, poetry and literature and lauded his institution’s role in disseminating Arab culture and poetic creativity, bolstering humanitarian dialogue, boosting civilized communication among peoples, and honouring the distinguished Arab personalities in the intellectual and literary fields.
HM the King noted the existing cooperation between Bahrain’s cultural and literary institutions and the Foundation of Abdulaziz Al-Babtain’s Prize for Poetic Creativity with the aim of uplifting literary and poetic movement in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
HM the King lauded Dr. Al-Rumaihi’s journalistic writings in cultural and political areas, and wished them success.
