MANAMA: Al Baraka Islamic Bank was chosen as the Best Islamic Bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain for 2015 for the third year in a row, through the annual comprehensive referendum conducted by the Foundation of Islamic Finance News.
The Award was received by Mohamed Issa Al Mataweh Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Al Baraka Islamic Bank in the annual ceremony, which was organized in the city of Dubai recently.
The voting in favor of Al Baraka Islamic Bank to win this award for the year 2015 was through the annual referendum organized by «Islamic Finance News», where it invited Islamic financial companies and investors and companies from outside the banking sector and government institutions from around the world to participate in this referendum. The Islamic Finance News is based in Kuala Lumpur and it’s is an international institution specialized in providing news for the Islamic financial sector.
