Manama: Batelco, Bahrain’s leading business communication solutions provider and a Cisco Gold Partner in Bahrain, held specialised training for Batelco’s Account Management Team.
The course, which provided an introduction to Selling Business Outcomes, was aimed at individuals who are responsible for selling Cisco technology solutions to customers. As part of the training, Batelco’s employees learnt how the Cisco technology solutions can meet customers’ long term needs and better understand the business environments of current customers.
“The intent of the course was to provide our Account Management Team with the core knowledge and skills needed to understand the customer business context, define technology solutions that are aligned with business requirements, and ultimately drive specific business outcomes and business value,” Batelco General Manager Business Division Adel Al Daylami, said.
“Throughout this course participants had the opportunity to apply what they learnt to real-life business scenarios through guided exercises with challenging questions at the end of each lesson,” he added.
