Manama: Further enhancing the value offering for its customers, VIVA Bahrain takes a leading step with the introduction of VIVA Rewards, a loyalty rewards programme introduced to thank its customers via exciting benefits.
VIVA’s new loyalty program is based in tiers and allows subscribers to accumulate points based on their usage, which can then be redeemed for telecom benefits including free VIVA to VIVA calls, SMS, international minutes, as well as additional data.
VIVA Rewards is open to all VIVA subscribers with free enrolment to start earning points by using their mobile or data services. The program is classified into various tiers, starting with the basic ‘Bronze level’, earning up to 120 points, followed by the ‘Silver level’ from 121 to 299 points, and progressing to the ‘Gold level’ from 300 to 600 points. VIVA customers have the flexibility to grow their tier level via their mobile or data transactions and reach up to the highest ‘Elite level’ by earning 601 or more points.
