MANAMA: With the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Traveeh prayers were offered on Wednesday evening at all mosques in Bahrain marking the 1st Ramadan Al Mubarak 1436 on Thursday June 18th, 2015.
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received congratulatory cables on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan from senior members of the royal family, the Speaker of the Representatives Council, Shura Council Chairmen, ministers, senior officials, dignitaries, MPs, Shura Council members, members of the municipal councils, governors, ambassadors, heads of the diplomatic corps, heads of sports associations and citizens.
They extended sincere congratulations to HM the King, wishing him a happy return of the occasion, abundant health and happiness and more progress and prosperity to Bahrain under his leadership.
HM King Hamad received similar cables from the National Guard Commander Lieutenant-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Royal Court Affairs Minister Shaikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, received similar congratulatory cables.
