MANAMA: The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) board in its extra ordinary general assembly on Wednesday called upon the Chairman Khalid Almoayyed to withdraw the resignation.
The Board of Directors of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry held an extraordinary meeting yesterday, Wednesday 30th March 2016 in the Chamber’s premises to discuss the Mr. Khalid Al Moayed’s decision to step-down from the Chairmanship of the Chamber.
During the meeting, the 12 board members who attended the meeting called Mr. Al Moayed to withdraw his resignation from the post and resume as the chairman of the chamber for the current term. They declared their inclination to Mr. Al Moayed and stressed on the importance of integration particularly during the hardship endures by the chamber.
