Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain scheduled an exclusive preview of their latest addition to their master plan Deerat Al Oyoun on the 19th of June. The project will benefit from the Ministry of Housing Mazaya program deal that was signed between Diyar Al Muharraq and the Ministry of Housing.
The exclusive viewing took place in Diyar Al Muharraq’s sales office and interested community members were welcomed by Dr. Maher Al Shaer.
Deerat Al Oyoun will be located on the North West side of Diyar Al Muharraq on a land size of 1.2 million square meters. Deerat Al Oyoun is considered an ideal residential area with integrated community service centers and green park spaces, and enjoys a strategic position due to its proximity to schools, shopping malls, public beaches, walkways, cycle paths, recreational facilities, mosques, medical facilities, and a modern transportation network. However, the project will only be available to Bahraini National through the Ministry of Housing Mazaya scheme.
