MANAMA: The Kingdom of Bahrain’s real estate sector has been on the radar of investors for many years and billions of dollars’ projects in the pipeline continues to serve as catalyst to stir both domestic and foreign investments.
Dr. Varghese Kurian, Chairman and MD of VKL Group and Al Nasal Group, on the sidelines of the opening of the Mukta A2 Cinema at the Juffair Mall, told The24X7News Bahrain (www.twentyfoursevennews.com) about the plans of opening two more brand new shopping malls in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
“Real estate sector is one of the key focal areas for the foreign investors and apart from the projects in the pipelines many new projects are on their way,” Dr Kurian, added, saying that he plans two more shopping malls one each located at Salmaniya and Saar areas.
Mukta A2 Cinemas signed a long-term lease with the VKL Group to have its property in Juffair Mall. They have entered into strategic partnerships with market leaders such as Coca Cola to be the exclusive beverage partner of the property and Awan Media for its exclusive in-cinema branding rights.
