MANAMA: Mr Varghese Kurian, Chairman and MD VKL and Al-Namal Group opened Spice Village, the 90-seater new restaurant in Juffair Mall during a ceremony attended by the invited guests and media.
The restaurant is ideally located near the US Naval base and also accessible to a huge Pan Asian community provides a wide variety of food.
As is the tradition, Spice Village is coming up with its brand-new recipes and dishes that include mouthwatering “Mushroom Cappuccino”, Murgh Roomali Seekh”, “Flying Chicken Wings”, “Dal Chawal Arancini, Achar Papad Chutney.”
South Indian delicacy like Mutton Kuzhambu Madurai Podi Appam also including authentic Non-Vegetarian dishes including ” Nalli Nihari”, “Haleem”, “Chicken Makhan Maarke” and Desserts like “Carrot Halwa with Pistachio cream” and many more.
Mr Varghese Kurian expressed happiness about the new restaurant. “It has been our endeavor to bring the authentic Modern Indian tastes to the Indian community and we have been actively planning expansion to reach out to every corner of this country.”
