MANAMA: King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence has expressed gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for supporting the Center’s efforts to achieve the royal vision of global peaceful coexistence.
Board Chairman Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa expressed, on behalf of all the members, deep thanks to HM King Hamad for his outstanding moral support and inspiring directives and guidance to achieve the goals of the Centre.
Shaikh Khalid reiterated the Centre’s commitment to consolidating the values of peaceful coexistence, inspired by Bahrain’s rich history in promoting compassion and mutual tolerance within the genuine humanity upon which the country built its civilizations and glory as an oasis of security, peace, coexistence and harmony.
HM King Hamad received the board chairman and members of the Centre and expressed support to the interfaith prayers that brought together religious scholars and prominent social and cultural personalities.
HM the King also commended the members’ dedicated efforts to support the Centre’s mission and promote Bahrain’s civilized and honourable status in the world.
HM King Hamad lauded the Centre’s initiatives to cultivate the values of goodness, tolerance, coexistence, amity and peace and reiterated his support to all global calls to harness solidarity and compassion among all human beings as the world grapples with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
