Manama: Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announces the commencement of construction on the Al Oyoun Plaza Access Road, located West of Deerat Al Oyoun. Construction is planned to begin in June 2021 with the scheduled completion outlined for December this year. The road comes as an important addition to the internal road network, and will lead to key service facilities in the Deerat Al Oyoun project currently under planning, including Al Oyoun Plaza, a fuel station, a community event hall, and a public health center.
“With works already well underway and completion of construction on Al Oyoun Plaza Access Road scheduled for the end of this year, we continue to ensure the highest quality and standards are upheld at Diyar Al Muharraq. Ultimately, we have aimed to further improve the daily lives of the residents and visitors of Diyar Al Muharraq, the road is set to provide direct and easy access to a range of service facilities in Deerat Al Oyoun, in addition to easing the flow of traffic to and from the area,” Ahmed Ali Alammadi Chief Executive Officer, Diyar Al Muharraq, said
