Manama: Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) has partnered with Al Raha Real Estate to provide exclusive financing offers for customers looking to buy housing units at “Beaut Budaiya”, a project designed to offer exceptional housing opportunities for Mazaya social housing beneficiaries.
Abdulla Yousif Bahzad, Senior Manager, Priority Banking, represented the bank during the signing of the agreement while Mohammed Asad Nashad represented Al Raha Real Estate.
This partnership reflects the Bank’s commitment to delivering facilitated solutions that support national directives catering to the local housing program.
Under the partnership, BisB will provide financing applicants with competitive prices on “Beaut Budaiya” villas, in addition to complementary fire insurance coverage. Al Raha Real Estate will be offering coupons worth BD2,000 for the first 10 customers who receive approval for their financing from the Bank. Moreover, 20 of the Bank’s customers will also have the chance to obtain coupons worth BD1,000 from Al Raha Real Estate to purchase any home appliances from IKEA, Home Box or Home Centre.
