Manama: Wyndham Garden Manama hosted an exclusive media lunch at Jashan by Chef Pillai, welcoming members of the media, vloggers, and digital influencers for an intimate preview of the culinary experiences planned during Chef Pillai’s visit to Bahrain.
The gathering provided guests with the opportunity to meet Chef Pillai, who shared insights into his culinary journey, the inspiration behind the restaurant, and the curated dining experiences scheduled from 1 to 14 February 2026.
“Welcoming our media partners for this exclusive lunch allowed us to share the story behind Jashan by Chef Pillai and give a preview of the exciting culinary experiences our guests can look forward to during Chef Pillai’s visit,” Mukul Mehta, Cluster General Manager at Wyndham Garden Manama, said.
During his stay, the programme features an Interactive Cooking Class (1 February), Travancore Food Festival (2–13 February), Chef’s Degustation Menu (5 February), Friday Brunch (6 February), Nikah Wedding Biryani Festival (12–14 February), and a Valentine’s Day Special Dinner (14 February), during which guests will also have the opportunity to meet and interact with Chef Pillai in person.
The session also provided and opportunity of direct engagement with the chef while guests enjoyed a curated lunch experience reflecting the restaurant’s culinary identity.
