Manara Developments launches phase-I Wahat Almuharraq Project

June 27, 2011
0

Manara Developments launched Wahat Almuharraq project which is comprised of 47 villas designed to suit the needs of middle income families, bringing together spectacular design, superb quality, and an ideal location.

“Wahat Almuharraq” is moving according to schedule. The Land excavation phase has been completed allowing the laying of foundation for 18 villas consisting of “Corner” and “Ideal” type villas out of the total of 47 housing units which is located at the waterfront near Amwaj facing Qalali. The remaining villas will be constructed upon completion of the required ground works,” Managing Director, Dr. Hassan Al Bastaki said.

“Wahat Almuharraq” project is an extension of the company’s success with similar housing projects that gained increasing popularity during recent times. The fundamental success of such projects is the sincere consideration for the modern, middle to limited income Bahraini and GCC families need for homes,” he added.

Starting with the carefully chosen location and attention to the specifics required for a modern and elegant design that meets the basic and luxuries of a household, inclusive of a comfortable living space and flexibility to move or relocate some services, together with the capability of vertical construction in the future upon the provision of drawings of up to three floors as required by the owner.

Finally, the villas were designed according to modern energy conservation techniques to allow natural lighting as well as minimum reliance on energy consumption applications, which classifies “Wahat Almuharraq” as an Environmentally Friendly project.

“Manara Developments” had selected two types of “ideal designs” for the villas. The first type called the “model-type” are quasi-bound houses constructed adjacent to neighboring villas, while the other larger type “corner villas” are only attached to neighboring villas from one side and access to two roads. The overall quality of the project is evident through its spectacular design and proximity to services and transport network. The project is close to several bridges which links the housing development to the heart of the city, Manama, moreover, the development is in close range to the airport.

“The units are an ideal choice for the modern Bahraini families in light of the recent Bahraini government announcement, to raise the borrowing ceiling to 60 thousand Bahraini Dinars. Beneficiaries of these government loans are now given the opportunity to own modern housing units at low cost borrowing to fulfill a major necessity of life,” he said.

Manara Developments and Eskan Bank will allow Bahraini’s to shop for homes that satisfy their taste for exceptional designs and reassure their requirements that the construction is with the finest quality building material.
