The Interior Ministry and Tamkeen signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on financing the Youth Programme during the summer, organised by the Royal Police Academy in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, and in accordance with the principles of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s pioneering Reform Project on consolidating youth role and activating social partnership.
The MoU, signed by Royal Police Academy Commander Brigadier Tariq Al Hassan and Tamkeen’s Deputy President for Institutions and Human Resources Development Dr. Ahmed Abdulhamid Al Shaikh, aims to enhance cooperation between the two sides for the sake of promoting patriotism and commitment among youngsters.
According to the MoU, Tamkeen will finance the summer camp, while the Interior Ministry will be in charge of all administrative aspects.
