The event was held in co-operation with the Federation of GCC Chambers of Commerce, Gulf Society for Disables and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It coincided with the third meeting of associations and rehabilitation centres in the GCC hosted by the Gulf Society for Disables.
The objective of the exhibition, SNSE 2011, was to raise awareness about the latest technologies and products that can be used by people with special needs to help them integrate into the workplace and the society in general. More than 40 exhibitors showcased the latest rehabilitation products, technologies and services from different parts of the world. The event was deemed as a great success and will undoubtedly contribute towards the enhancement of special needs facilities.
