The Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco) organised a certificates award ceremony for the fourth ILM Level 3 in Management Programme at Bapco Club in Awali.
Company CE Faisal Al Mahroos presented the certificates to the graduates and congratulated them for passing the programme. “This ceremony signifies the efforts made in supporting the ILM programme. I would like to thank the graduates for their commitment and hard work to obtain this internationally recognised certificate in management,” he said. “The ILM Level 3 Programme was designed for Bapco Superintendents to cover all aspects of effective leadership and management at a Middle Manager level. Al Mahroos said the programme also gave the graduates a clear vision on how to develop their skills and abilities. “The programme is considered as one of the few programmes recognised internationally in the Gulf region,” he added.
