Director of Central Governorate Police in a statement confirmed that two citizens were injured and four vehicles were damaged as a result of a rioting of about 25 individuals in Isa Town on Saturday night.
They were involved in rioting, vandalisms and hurling of iron rods and stones, as they tried to close Amman road using containers, a number of citizens attempted to stop this act which led to the hurling of stones and iron rods against them.
Police patrols moved to the scene to control the situation and launched an investigation.
