The Minister praised Pallen for the highly successful Middle East Chemical Week (MECW), which will be organized by World Refining Association in cooperation with the NOGA in Bahrain in October, 2012.
The Minister discussed several issues related to the conference arrangements and research papers to be presented at the event. He emphasised the importance of participation of the oil companies under NOGA in such events.
