Dr. Fakhro underlined the importance of cooperation between government and private agencies in order to achieve leadership and government aspiration in this field.
The ministry will continue to do its best efforts to ensure joint action success and to reach best desired results and submit them periodically to the Ministers Council based on recommendation of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa ben Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister.
The Minister directed that this meeting to be held periodically to discuss urgent needs of small and medium enterprises, which suffer some constraints and problems that impede their work in the desired image. He stressed the importance of upgrading institutions level to enhance their competitiveness internally and externally.
Committee members are a number of concerned government and private agencies, in addition to concerned Ministry of Industry and Commerce Officials, Ministry of Labour, Labour Market Regulatory Authority, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tamkeen, the Ministry of Municipalities and Urban Planning, Electricity and Water Authority, Bahrain Development Bank, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of health, Survey and Land Registration Bureau, Customs, general Organization Sea Ports, Bahrain Businessmen Society, Bahrain Businesswomen Society, egovernment Authority.
