He also expressed appreciation to investors, traders, accountants and lawyers whose suggestions have had a great impact on the committee’s work and benefit the industrial and commercial sectors related to the Ministry.
Dr. Fakhro reaffirmed the importance of removing any obstacles that impede economic activity in the Kingdom of Bahrain; and highlighted the role of the Joint Committee in attracting investors and encouraging young people to engage in this vital sector.
A number of important issues were discussed at the meeting including procedures for registering companies and requirements for certain entities that need flexibility. This includes helping to expedite the extensive and lengthy process required of companies that aim to establish factories, hospitals or service centers.
They also discussed aspects related to the committee’s efforts to follow up problems, as well as the constraints faced by small and medium enterprises in the Kingdom, pursuant to implementing the directions of HRH the Prime Minister who commissioned the ministry to find solutions in coordination with relevant authorities.
