Prince Salman arrives in Seoul for talks

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, accompanied by His Royal Highness’s son His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, arrived in the Korean Capital, Seoul, in an official visit during which HRH the Crown Prince meets with Korean President Lee Myung Bak and Premier Kim Hwang-sik and held talks with a number of Korean officials and explores ways for boosting bilateral economic and political cooperation relations between the two friendly countries.

HRH the Crown Prince was received at the Seoul Airbase by a number of Korean officials; and a squad of Korean honor guard greeted HRH the Crown Prince.

HRH the Crown Prince is accompanied during the visit by an official delegation comprising Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Industry and Commerce Dr. Hassan Abdullah Fakhroo, HRH the Crown Prince court’s advisor for political and economic affairs Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH the Crown Prince court’s chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, HRH the Crown Prince’s advisor Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Ambassadress in the Republic of Korea Bibi Sharaf Al-Alawi, Non-resident Ambassadress of the Korean Republic, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) chairman Dr. Essam Abdullah Fakhroo, a number of the BCCI members and businessmen from the Kingdom of Bahrain’s various economic sectors.
