The Conference is being held at Regency Intercontinental Hotel with the participation of around 200 local, regional and international high-level speakers and Chief Executives, managers and heads of departments and interested parties from various sectors.
In addition, there will be participation by a number of researchers and scholars in strategy and administrative sciences, and students from universities and institutions in order to exchange scientific information and practical experience relating to all aspects of strategy and administrative processes, and the application of quality standards and organizational excellence.
Dr. Mirza delivered a speech where he praised the support of the wise leadership for such international conferences, the excellent organization of the conference as well, and the issues that will be discussed during the conference.
Dr. Mirza highlighted that the conference has many positive sides, where it contributes in encouraging the best leadership, professional competence and administrative practices as well as the development of the capacities of leaders and managers in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He stressed that the energy sector in the Kingdom encourages young leaders for attaining leadership positions in the oil companies related to the National Oil and Gas Authority.
Dr. Mirza also delivered a seminar about the “Active Leadership,” where he pointed out the challenges facing the administrative leadership either at the present time or in future, and managers’ readiness to cope with the current developments in our time, pointing out the importance of time for such leadership.
