Dr. Abdul-Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy and Chairman of National Oil & Gas Authority chaired the second DPSA Committee meeting for this year which was attended by the representatives of Occidental, Mubadala and Nogaholding companies.
The Committee reviewed 2012 Annual work program and budget. The meeting then discussed issues related to Environmental Baseline Study Phase 2 and matters relating to associated gas production. Review of Tatweer’s performance over 2011 and first quarter of 2012 was carried out during the meeting.
Dr. Mirza expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the wise political leadership of the Kingdom; HM King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister and HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince for their continued support to the Petroleum industry in the Kingdom.
Dr. Mirza and the Committee thanked the Executive Management and Tatweer employees for their dedication in achieving the company’s goals.
